Testimonials

I greatly enjoy what I am learning in CBT group and I really like that Dr. Park does therapy along with psychiatry. It makes so much sense to me and fully encompasses my needs much more than writing me a script and sending me on my way. Dr. Park uses great examples and humor in group. Thanks

I feel the Parks have a special way of treating patients that I am not used to. I have made significant progress since starting. I feel they really care and are willing to think outside of the box to help someone. I wish more providers were like them. I think more people would get better.

Rachel & Giselle are fun. LOL. John is amazing. He is so accommodating with my various TMS needs as well as getting my phone or notebook during the session. He is genuinely kind & great to talk to about recovery stuff & other stuff going on in my life (Family, Work, Pas) & he feels like a sober friend in my life that I can turn to for support. Seriously I give him 10 out of 10 stars for his annual review if it was based on 5 stars haha. He is wonderful!!! Thanks for all the wonderful people & treatment here. Both Dr Parks are amazing as I have said before- very helpful to realize that I need to work on changing myself at this point in my life as attempting to ask others to change their behavior in the past has not worked & become very frustrating. Thanx   đŸ˜Š

“Words are inadequate to express my gratitude and appreciation for the Arahant team. Through their vision, inspiration, courage and community, I feel support, partnership and understanding on my recovery pilgrimage. While traditional “addiction recovery” approaches have fallen short for many (as evidenced through astonishing relapse percentages), Arahant is asking new questions, seeking new solutions and forging new horizons in the addiction and recovery realms. They are courageously moving past limiting stereotypes, simplistic recovery models, and generalizations about the disease of addiction, with support methods that truly honor, embrace, and facilitate an individual’s unique journey to healing and abundant living. Rather than a “one size fits all” framework, therapists join their community members on their individual path, with a focus on rediscovery, rejuvenation, reconnection, re-creation, and, indeed, true “recovery”. They have provided me with a sense of affirmation, self-empowerment and life focus that I was craving in other treatment “support” models. As a professional psychologist myself, I recognize that most people in today’s society are “recovering” from something. Arahant’s principles, philosophies and positive impacts extend far beyond the drug and alcohol addiction realm, and would clearly be of benefit to many individuals in today’s world. ”
